ABA Therapy Solutions is looking for positive and upbeat individuals interested in full or part-time positions in the behavioral analysis field to join our growing team of In-Home Service Providers looking for an ABA career in South Florida.

Services include language, behavioral, self-help, and social skills for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, and other Developmental Disabilities. Individualized treatment is provided to individuals from toddlers to young adults, therefore improving the quality of their lives based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

We offer:

BCBA or BCaBA

Active credential as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Who You Are:

  • Knowledge of principles and techniques of ABA
  • Self-starter and strong time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to supervise RBT/BTs and provide feedback
  • Experience providing feedback
  • Experience working with children with ASD
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Team player
  • Pass Level II Background screening
  • Active Medicaid Provider ID with no restrictions a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide analytic services/supervision to individuals with ASD
  • Write and update treatment plans and progress reports
  • Maintain appropriate caseload
  • Provide training, supervision, and growth of RBTs.
  • Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships
  • Complete regularly scheduled parent training

RBT or BT

Registered Behavior Technician credential through BACB or have the desire to become a Behavior Technician

Who You Are:

  • Have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Organized and like to help children achieve learning goals
  • High energy and a passion for working with a diverse population
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Receptive to feedback
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Team player attitude
  • Pass Level II Background screening
  • Active Medicaid Provider ID with no restrictions a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Work one on one with individuals in their home
  • Help clients reach individualized goals under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Teach communication, social, self-help and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Teach, learn, and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential
  • Accurately record treatment data
