Kim has been with ABA Therapy Solutions for 4 years, working with children with special needs for over 10 years. She started as an Administrative Assistant, then became a Registered Behavioral Therapist in the field and clinics. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida International University in 2013 and a Master’s in Counseling with a concentration in ABA from NOVA Southeastern University in 2017, and now as a BCBA. Kim has worked with children ages 2-20 years old and enjoys focusing on the areas of daily living activities, social skills, and verbal behavior. She believes that working together with the family will help the child or young adult to thrive and give them their best opportunity for success.
