BCBA or BCaBA

Active credential as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ABA Principles
  • Strong Time Management and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Supervise RBT/BTs and Provide Feedback
  • Experience Working with Individuals Diagnosed with autism or other disabilities
  • Pass Level II Background Screening
  • Have Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

  • Provide Behavior Analytic Services
  • Write and Update Treatment Plans Based on Data
  • Maintain Appropriate Caseload
  • Provide Training and Supervision of RBTs
  • Build and Maintain Positive Family and Caregiver Relationships
  • Complete Regularly Scheduled Parent Training

Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) or Behavior Tech (BT)

Registered Behavior Technician credential through BACB.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a passion for helping individuals with disabilities learn new skills
  • Ability to build rapport with families
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pass Level II Background Screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy in one-on-one and group settings
  • Implement individualized treatment goals as written by Behavior Analyst
  • Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of programs
  • Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on goals

Training Opportunities

At ABA Therapy Solutions, we offer various training opportunities. Our BCBAs will train qualified candidates in ABA techniques. We offer:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential Training and Supervision
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Internship
  • Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Internship
  • Safety Care training and CEUs
